A winter’s work goes on show at the Robson Valley Piecemakers exhibition

Whether you are travelling through or live here, the valley has lots to offer, starting with a concert April 30, followed by more music, art and dangerous ideas in May. Click the calendar for times and details. Highlights include:

April 30, 5:30 pm: Robson Valley String Ensemble & Fiddlesticks Spring Concert in McBride (free admission)

May 11 in Dunster, May 12 in McBride: Wishbone Productions presents Theatre of Dangerous Ideas: An Evening of Sketch Comedy and Music with piano, fiddle & guitar ($15 admission).

May 13 and 14 in Dunster: 8 X 8 Exhibition. Nearly 70 works of art, all sized at 8 inches by 8 inches, have been created Robson Valley  residents. It is also a silent auction fundraiser for the community. Free admission.

June 3 in McBride: Quilt Show– The Robson Valley Piecemakers showcase a season’s work in during Pioneer Days (free admission).

Every Tuesday in McBride: Music jam night. Come by to enjoy or bring an instrument and take part! (free admission)

Every day, 9 am to 5 pm in McBride: Enjoy the work of more than 90 Robson Valley artists, artisans, videographers, sculptors, felt makers, jewellers and many more, at the Whistle Stop Gallery in McBride’s Heritage Railway Station (free admission).
